Home renovation FAQs

This mostly depends on the extent of work you need to be done. Minor renovations can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Bathroom renovations normally take 4-8 weeks. On the other hand, other serious home renovation projects can take 2 months or more to complete. Home extension work can take much longer but it depends on your unique requirements.
The general rule of thumb is that you shouldn’t spend more than 10% of your property’s total value on home renovations. This makes sure that you maximise on return on investment and that you can boost your kerb appeal without breaking the bank.
